These starter terms explain how ordering and fulfillment will work with Joel Pizza. They should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication.

1. Orders and availability
Menu items, prices, and availability may change. An order is accepted only after Joel Pizza confirms it. This website currently provides a cart preview and does not yet transmit live orders.
2. Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added when live ordering is enabled. Local delivery costs $7; pickup is free.
3. Pickup and local delivery
Delivery is offered within 10 miles of 489 Shoemaker Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Customers must provide an accurate address and be available to receive the order. Delivery times are estimates.
4. Payment
Cash on delivery is available. Credit-card payments will be processed securely by Square once the integration is activated. Joel Pizza will not store complete card numbers.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. If an item is incorrect or materially defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can review a replacement or refund.
6. Allergies
Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, wheat, and potentially other ingredients. Cross-contact may occur. Customers with allergies should contact us before ordering.
7. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, submit false information, or misuse its content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Joel Pizza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or delays outside our reasonable control.
